Schöne Ausflüge und Besichtigungen, wie die Fahrt ins Landesinnere zum Herrenhaus Els Calderes, der Besuch der Hauptstadt Palma mit Besichtigung der Kathedrale La Seu und einem Bummel durch die Altstadtgassen, die Fahrt mit dem Nostalgiezug nach Soller, dann mit dem Schiff wegen der hohen Wellen eine Hafenrundfahrt und anschließend mit dem Bus über die spektakuläre Serpentinenstraße zum Kloster Lluc erfreuten die Reisefreunde. Der letzte Ausflug führte uns dann nach Valdemossa, wo auch Frédéric Jopin lebte und wirkte. Zum Abschluss unserer Mallorca-Reise besichtigten wir den prächtigen Palast San Marroig, in dem der österreichische Erzherzog Ludwig Salvator von Habsburg-Lothringen residierte. Danach ging es entlang der malerischen Westküste zurück zum Hotel. Auch unsere drei Geburtstagskinder wurden gefeiert und herzlich beglückwünscht. Am Sonntag besuchten einige den Gottesdienst in der Kirche. Unser Reiseleiter André war super, hatte ein großes Wissen und erklärte uns alles sehr interessant. Es waren schöne Tage auf der Insel Mallorca mit Franz Xaver als Reisebegleiter. Danke an alle für die schöne Gemeinschaft!
