Die Teilnehmer trafen sich vor Ort in Götzis und wurden mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk willkommen geheißen. Danach begrüßte GF Franz Xaver Himmer die Kursteilnehmer. Danach zeigte uns unsere Kursleiterin Sandra verschiedene Rezepte vom Roggenbrot bis zur Handsemmel. Sie zeigte uns auch Tipps und Tricks, wie man eine Brezel oder eine Handsemmel formt. Wir durften selbst Hand anlegen und freuten uns, als das selbstgebackene Gebäck aus dem Ofen kam. Ein wunderbarer Duft erfüllte den Raum. Vom Zopf bis zu den Olivenstangen wurde uns die Herstellung erklärt. Am Ende waren alle begeistert und bedankten sich herzlich bei unserer Kursleiterin Sandra. Am Ende bekamen alle einen Sauerteig, den wir nun „füttern“ dürfen. Wir werden sicher wieder so einen interessanten Kurs für unsere Vereinsmitglieder anbieten.
