In den folgenden Tagen unternahm die Reisegruppe gemeinsam verschiedene Ausflüge auf Zypern. Wir durften viele Höhepunkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie ein Besuch der Städte Paphos und der geteilten Hauptstadt Nicosia und das schöne Bergdorf Lefkara. Ein Höhepunkt war sicherlich die halbtätige Wanderung mit einem wunderbaren Picknick zum Schluss mit griechischen Spezialitäten. Die Stimmung war bestens und Franz Xaver spielte noch mit der Gitarre schöne Melodien. Die Fahrt ins Trodos-Gebirge führte uns zu den UNESCO_Weltkulturstätten den Scheunendachkirchen mit ihren faszinierenden Wandmalereien. Zum Abschluss unserer Woche fuhren wir noch zum Kloster Chryrogiatissa. Natürlich konnten wir auch die schöne Hotelanlage mit dem Pool und das Meer genießen. Es war eine rundum harmonische und entspannte Reise. Die Reiseführung vor Ort mit Pantelis, Nikki und Zotti, sowie Angelika und Franz Xaver freuten sich über die schöne Gemeinschaft und das miteinander.
